As an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a proven track record of driving technological growth for startups and a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, I excel at driving transformative change, building high-performing teams, and delivering cutting-edge solutions. Being a key member of the executive team, I have experience setting over arching company goals, communicating, aligning, and executing on those goals.

Having a deep understanding of Lean and Agile philosophies I am able to craft a specific development strategy to match the maturity model of the existing organization and team, and set milestones on leveling the organization up. I’m not a believer in one size fits all, and understand the importance of context of work, but also context of individuals and teams. Agility is a journey, and it’s critical to know how to carve a custom path along the way.
